This question is directed more towards PayPal and Paysafe, so I would contact them.
I can tell you that if you’re able to use a Paysafe card via Paypal, then it will work.
Danny is correct, this is more of a PayPal thing. Their support is amazing tho and calling them usually only takes 4 minutes to get someone. I have never heard of paysafe cards but I know Streamtip currently only supports PayPal and Bitcoins. So if PayPal supports it through checkout, it could be usable.
I would check with them.
