Problemas with !songrequest

Hello,

I’m trying to use SongRequest, but I do not know what’s going wrong, I follow all the steps but nothing.
I or viwers can not add music to stream.
I’ve removed and add the bot again and add it again as / mod to the stream, however nothing has changed, I have tested in other streams and it worked normally.
If possible, help me.

Check that you have the !songs default command enabled, that AutoDJ is enabled, and that Nightbot has joined your channel.
