Problem to search a summoner elo that's change from LAS to BR

Hi everyone, im a mod of a channel in Twitch, and i want to create this command:

!addcom !elo $(leagueoflegends lentes+de+faker BR ranked_solo_5x5)

The problem with this, is that the summoner changes from LAS server to BR server a month ago.

And in the chat, the command show this: Summoner name provided not found.

What can i do?

You should be using lentes de faker not lentes+de+faker
