Hi. Is there a way I can add a !points command for viewers to check how many channel points they have on my channel? Or does Nightbot already have a command for this? I've looked through the docs but couldn't find anything related. Thank you.

It is not possible at this time as i know.

Nightbot doesn't offer a points system.
