I've noticed this issue for a year now, but Nightbot does successfully import an entire YouTube playlist, but only plays around 100 or so of the songs. In my case the playlist is around 1000 songs. It seems to have a bias for what songs are at the top of the playlist as sorting the playlist in Youtube during import seems to shift the bias (however it also takes random songs from different parts of the playlist after that.)
