OBS chat/following alert overlay

Hello guys,

I got a problem. When i select only OBS chat i see it but when i select to capture something like game or monitor it wont overlay in stream… and its not only with OBS chat its also with following alert. Tried to change settings here and there but still cant figure it out. Maybe some one help with this problem? Sorry for bad English.

The sources highest in the list appear on top of the stream. The sources lowest in the list appear on the bottom of the stream. Try re-ordering your sources.
