When i put in my stream !title (im live streaming from PlayStation) its saying that i cant use !title because "this channel is not currently live.
Are you using nightbot for youtube or twitch? On twitch nightbot will change the title regardless of whether the stream is offline or online, is it possible that you made a command override the default title command?
On youtube nightbot wouldn’t respond if the channel is offline, so i don’t see how it could happen there either.

It takes anywhere from 3-10 minutes to show up in Twitch’s directory sometimes. Unless you’ve waited that long, you’re just not not waiting long enough to be registered in Twitch’s directory.
