I am moderator for an account and have been helping work on stream markers, but anytime the command is used it gives an error stating that markers cant be placed as a stream starts. Yet this is multiple hours into the streams.

Not sure what the issue is, can you ask the owner of the channel to log out of the dashboard and then log back in?
