I wanted to add an emote and ask that person if i have the permission. She sayed yes and I don’t no why BetterTTV don’t accept that. Please help.
Make sure the emote is 28x28, 56x56, and 112x112 and png. What exactly is the problem?
Send a clip of the streamer saying you can use this, or another sort of direct message i.e. twitter etc in order for it to be approved.
