No Eligible Giveaway Users, Timers also not working

Hi,

I've used the Nighbot give away feature for a few years and it's always worked. This week I was signed out and had to sign back in. Today I tried to run a giveaway via YouTube and it didn't recognize any eligible users. Stream chat was visible on the right hand side but no users showed up in the eligible section on the left.

Something else to note is that that none of my Timers were working either. Seems like there is a disconnect somewhere between Nightbot and my channel.

What can I do to fix this?

Ok, thank you. I wasn't aware that I had to click the rejoin button on the dashboard screen in order for it to work.

i hope that helped, i actually don't know anything about using nightbot on utoob, but recently there've been alotta questions about such issues and i just passed along the dev's response to somebody else that seemed relevant
