No BTTV Emote Button

I have no button but all emotes are still visible entered by others in chat.
Here are some of the things I have done to figure out why my BTTV emote button is gone.
-Uninstalled/Reinstalled BTT
-Checked the CDN
-Cleared cache and cookies
-Disabled all extensions and tried BTT by itself

Looking in the Javascript console was giving me some mixed content errors, so I switched to http from https. That still did not resolve it.

Even thought I’m on HTTP, I am seeing these errors
global-644f324….js:15 [Report Only] Refused to load the image ‘http://cdn.betterttv.net/emote/566c9fc265dbbdab32ec053b/1x’ because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: “img-src https: data:”.

Any help would be appreciated as I don’t know what else I can try without reinstalled the browser.

Did you try enabled the “Emote Menu” in the BetterTTV settings? It sounds like Twitch placed you in their SSL testing group, so you now browse Twitch over SSL (which reset your BetterTTV settings).
