I'm a mod with the streamer oicentv and if I try to change a command AS MOD, it doesn't work, even if he tries, it doesn't work and then I wanted to ask whether it's the bot or something else and I've already tried editcom! ... to do with tips like to report ps that has been going on for 1 week

Well the most likely cause is the ! Comes before the command name !editcom !commands edit etc if that is what your typing then the streamer probably has it disabled.

Here what you would need to enable though if your typing the commands wrong that won’t help.
