i can t see streamers nightbot on the live chat and top chat.I have this problem for about 2 years and I don t know how to solve it.On my channel says that nightbot is not hidden and i putted it as a primary moderator too.Have someone any ideea?

It sounds like you may have not added Nightbot to your YouTube channel?
Make sure to log into Nightbot with your channel's account (not your Google account), and then to Join the bot to your chat.
