Hi guys, Nightbot has just stopped working on our YouTube live chats. He started to get laggy and when we asked for a command he would take 1 or 2 minutes to show it and now it just stopped. We tried logging him out and back in but didn’t work. Any tips on how to fix it?!

I have the same problem and i don’t know what to do. I tried everything i could do like restarting the stream or removing the bot and adding again! But i guess nightbot just having server problems should work again i guess.

Our bot just came back. It is very weird because the same way he disappears is the same way he returns. Suddenly. I did send a feedback to YouTube asking if they could look into it.
No idea what the problem was. Try logging him out and back in and keep on trying the commands. Maybe add a timer too. We have one and he came back with the timer first, not the commands. I think it’s YouTube bugs that messes him up… Good luck!
We’ve pruned joined channels for YouTube, which might help a bit. It’s not possible for us to speed up Nightbot due to rate limits and technical limitations in YouTube’s chat system.
