I have tried everything i know and nightbot just wont work. Ive tried unban/unblock, i gave it mod i tried unmute nothing will work i get no responce from it. It joins my channel but wont say anything
If you’ve joined the bot to your channel, type “!commands” in your chat to see if it has joined. If you receive no response, check out https://beta.nightbot.tv/logs to see if Nightbot saw your command. If it did, this means you’ve ignored it or banned it from your chat. If you stream on YouTube, you will also need to make sure the bot is a moderator and that your stream is live (and not unlisted or private).
