Nightbot timing out chat for ONE emote or ONE caps letter

Followers are leaving my stream because they are getting timed out for using only one emote or caps letter. These spam protection filters are disabled in my moderation settings, but they are still getting timed out... It is showing as streamlabs doing the moderating now, but that system uses Twitch moderations and there are no settings in the twitch moderation section to edit this.. leaving me to believe this is still a Nightbot issue. Please help...

It sounds like since it’s stream labs that’s timing them out that it’s most likely streamlabs. This is not a nightbot issue.
