Nightbot Song request minimum length adjustment

I would like to allow for songs that are less than 30 seconds in length to be requested, but I cannot find a relevant setting.

Unfortunately that is not a setting we provide at this time. A song less than 30 seconds is not likely a real song, so we intentionally restrict the lengths in order to prevent abuse.
