Nightbot roles used to sync, and now they are not.
Everything is set up correctly; all the permissions necessary are granted. As I indicated, this function used to work. I do not know how long it has not been working, but checking with three servers that I manage has confirmed that none of the servers are having roles syncing with Nightbot.

Nightbot will only sync roles if:
* ‘role syncing’ is enabled in the integration panel .
* You correctly assigned the roles in the integration panel (for moderators and regulars)
* The users have connected their Twitch account to Discord
This then should happen automatically, about every ~15-30 minutes

Those active users will need to have their Twitch account linked to their Discord account for Nightbot to sync the role to them. Additionally, Nightbot’s role must have permission to manage roles and must be higher than the role you’re trying to sync.
You can manually assign the user the role if you want to “force” it. Assuming the server is properly setup and the user is linked to Twitch from Discord, Nightbot won’t remove their role on next sync.
