As of yesterday Nightbot has removed the follower roll that is setup in my server from everyone: staff, followers, fellow streamers. It's affecting all users of the server including those who I know have their discord account linked to twitch as they still have the subscriber role through twitch integration. Manually reading the role just leads to nightbot removing it again, I was wondering if twitch or discord had an api change that is messing with the bot or any other ideas.

I would recommend reviewing your settings at https://nightbot.tv/integrations for Nightbot in the server. Role sync is probably misconfigured.
