I don't know what you're asking. There doesn't exist a "premium" version of Nightbot.

Read somewhere on forum, change name on nightbot, will be an option in a premium version

We never ended up building out a premium version of Nightbot since revenue from BetterTTV Pro funds all our projects (and we don't want to be greedy). For better brand recognition it makes sense to have Nightbot be the only name available, but we do (rarely) make exceptions for large brands who want a custom bot name.
