Same problem. Commands do not work. Previously turning the bot off / on helped, now it just doesn't work.

Unfortunately every 30 days our authorization expires to Trovo's API. While we've reported this issue to their team 3 months ago, the issue is still not fixed. I would expect to continue seeing outages every 30 days until they fix this behavior.
