Nightbot offline in discord for weeks

Nightbot's primary targets are streaming platforms, the service on Discord is what we call a sidecar, meaning it's not prioritized and if something breaks it may not be fixed, it's not meant to be used as a regular Discord bot, it's mostly there to sync moderators and regulars.
That said, when a bot goes offline, there's nothing you can do about it, the issue isn't on your end.

So there's no way to refresh it? I know it works for my friends discords so it's a bit frustrating to say the least that not even posting here can help me. I appreciate the information regardless of my frustration

Hmm, the shard your instance of Nightbot is on might be down then, if the bot works for your friends.

I just thought that you could perhaps try re-connecting the bot to your server, meaning even if the integration says it's connected, make the bot leave, disconnect the integration, connect it back, and add the bot back; maybe that'll help, let me know.

Most of this forum's replies are by volunteers like me who can't do anything on Nightbot's backend, but it's rarely necessary anyway.

Thank you for the suggestion. I did as instructed and the bot rejoined but completely offline still. I also moved it's role up once again to above my admins and it did not affect it.
