Nightbot not working

I have started streaming and i found this bot to use for commands and other things i have followed all the advice ive seen to make the commands work but when i try to activate them nightbot never responds ive checked logs and nightbot sees the message but doesnt answer to the command
It would be very helpful if someone telled me how to fix my nightbot also im on ps5 if that helps you

If Nightbot is showing the message you sent in logs, then it is reading and replying to chat. Try a default command, like !commands, to test if it is properly sending messages.
