I read all troubleshooting issue, and tried all of them, still nightbot refuses to work for me, I would appreciate if someone could help me with this issue

I have a Lienovo IP 330S witha a 4gb AMD Radeon graphics card. But the laptop is not my main concern, my main concern is nightbot, I have added few custom commads, I would apprecitate if someone could help me out here

By platform we were referring to streaming website, Twitch or YouTube? Have you visited the logs page after joining Nightbot and taking your stream live? Are there logs from your chat?
