I've created a relatively new discord server, and my twitch Subscribers are syncing through twitch integration, but nightbot is not handling VIPs and Mods well. My mod has subscribed to the channel, and the subscription shows up (proving that he's got his twitch and discord linked), and nightbot is in the discord, and has role assignment permissions. Also, nightbot is above the Mod role in the discord role hierarchy. Have i missed anything?

Double check that you have Role Syncing from the https://nightbot.tv/integrations Integrations page. The syncing should will happen over the course of an hour.
