Nightbot is not responding to my commands. I have logged out and in again, i have reconnected it, but it does not work. I can see in the dashboard that it has seen all my commands, but it does not respond.

Have you also done the rest of the troubleshooting steps?
Also make sure that default commands are enabled and custom commands are turned on with the correct user level stats.
