Nightbot Not Picking Up Sub Count

You're also not specific enough, if you want help you have to give us the command you're using, or at least specify if it was working before or not.

Has the streamer tried logging back in the dashboard (logging out first if they're still logged in)?
These errors are often temporary, as mentioned by the error message, have you encountered it before? If yes, how long has it been an issue?
