old post was closed as i didnt reply because i was ill, but anyway i finally got the bot to join and i havnt done anything different , but it says its hosted and its not , it isnt banned it isnt ignored , i have an irc bot in that can see everything and there is no reason why it shouldnt be hosted , i think there is more going on here
Nightbot doesn’t really “join” channels on Twitch (like an IRC bot), so as long as you have joined Nightbot from your dashboard at https://beta.nightbot.tv it should be able to see your Twitch chat. You can verify it is joined by checking the logs at https://beta.nightbot.tv/logs
