My friend's twitch channel, I have full access to nightbot dashboard for it, basically nightbot doesn't show up in the users category at all or respond to chat. I have tried parting and rejoining it and noting happens, have tried unbanning it and unignoring it and verified that it is modded. Can't find any post with the same problem as my friend so any response would be greatly appreciated. I have done everything suggested on https://discord.com/channels/229471495087194112/1534597676505497683 but to no avail. Please help.
