I was streaming on Twitch and one of my follower was chatting on my channel, then he was timeout by nightbot. I don't know how to fix this, i didn't make any commands to made him timeout;-;

Hey @Humble Bison!
Check your spam protection settings, especially the Excess symbol.
They're not enabled by default btw, so either you or one of your Nightbot managers set those up.
