I've recently started using Nightbot on my twitch streams and I have a couple of mods on my stream. I realized that Nightbot can automatically give them the roles in my discord server, but it hasn't...Is this happening with everyone?

If you've configured the moderation role and enabled role sync on the Nightbot website, then Nightbot will sync moderators who speak in your Discord server at 15 minute intervals. If Nightbot's role is not above the moderator role, or if Nightbot does not have permission, then it won't be able to sync those users to the requested role.
