Nightbot isn't responding

This issue is on Twitch, and you use the same username there and here, right? (if it's on YouTube we'll need your channel ID to look into it, or if it's a different Twitch username, we'll need it)

I can see that Nightbot isn't in your chat, nor it is a moderator, and your commands page leads to a 404, so your account with Nightbot doesn't exist.

When creating an account with Nightbot, make sure you're using the account you're streaming with, make sure to click on the Join channel button on the dashboard, and that you make Nightbot a moderator of your channel by typing /mod Nightbot in your chat.

If you already did all this and it led to this issue, check your Twitch connections, scroll down to Other Connections and see if Nightbot is listed there, if it is, disconnect it, then go to Nightbot's dashboard, log out (click on your profile picture in the top right corner), and log back in.

Are you positive you're looking at Live Chat and not at Top Chat?
Make sure Nightbot is a moderator in your chat.
All your commands' userlevel are set to moderator, that means only moderators can call the commands.
