Nightbot isn't assigning discord roles to YouTube subscribers. Why is that?

I gave it all the permissions and put it above the role I wanted it to give, but it's still not automatically giving the user a role. What is happening?

Hey @Bouncy Shark!

I'm not familiar with Nightbot's Discord integration, but a reason why it wouldn't be able to able to assigne roles automatically is if people didn't link their Discord and Youtube accounts together, so I would recommend you to inform your members on how to link them.

Another solution is linking your Youtube account to your Discord server, the roles should be assigned if your members have linked their Discord and Youtube accounts together.
