Nightbot is unable to count subs & followers

Hello :)
In the past i have been using $(twitch XXX"{{displayName}} hat {{followers}} Follower") — $(touser) to count followers and $(twitch XXX"{{displayName}} hat {{subscriberCount}} Subscriber") — $(touser) to display the subcount.
Today the command stopped working. I tried adding the commands as new commands, but that didnt fix my problem.
Maybe someone can help?

Typically when this command stops working it is because Nightbot has lost permission to access the data. You can usually have the broadcaster fully log out and back in on the Nightbot website to fix this.
