Nightbot seems to be timing people out for excessive repetition for e.g. 4 repetitions even though we have it set to 20 in chat moderation

Apologies for the confusion. The copy on that setting is incorrect on the new website. This is a percentage, not a count. We've updated the website description to better reflect this.
