NightBot is responding to my commands late, sometimes, not even at all

Hi! I am a new streamer. I am really into commands and customizing stuff. I usually use StreamElements for my commands. But for !nightbot, I wanted NightBot to introduce himself and for StreamElements to backbite about him. But, what happens is that the backbite happens first, THEN only NightBot introduces himself. Is there any way I can make NightBot respond first? Also, sometimes, NightBot doesn't even respond to the command. I parted him and made him join again, I even unmodded him and modded him again. Also it's a custom command, so I think there is no way it can be disabled.
