Nightbot is not sync roles on the discord

I selected the respective roles and asked the followers to link the discord with the twitch and still it was not synchronized.

Nightbot syncs active members (people who chat) every 15 minutes. Those members must have Twitch/YouTube connected to their Discord account, and Nightbot must have Manage Roles permission and its role must be placed higher than the configured roles in Nightbot's control panel.
