I had my links set up for the timers and they were working just fine, then some idiot tried helping me fix streamelements links to not be blocked now both are blocked when nightbot never had an issue. How do I fix it when the whitelisting option doesn't work?

Sorry, but what do you mean by "now both are blocked"? You only mention StreamElements links. Do you mean that Nightbot could send links and it can't anymore because one of your mod tried to allow StreamElements to send links as well?
If so this issue is likely due to your Twitch channel settings, not Nightbot's.
Check if Block Hyperlinks isn't enabled at: https://dashboard.twitch.tv/settings/moderation
Even though this shouldn't prevent Nightbot nor StreamElements to send links since you should have given them mod.
