Nightbot Giveaway issue

So, with the nightbot giveaway feature it will pick up members on the “active user” setting, but when I set it to keyword and !raffle is the keyword, Nightbot does not pickup the users as eligible. How would I go about fixing this issue? Am I missing an API? is there a command I need to input before setting the keyword?

I cannot reproduce any issues with the keyword entry system. Can you elaborate on what exactly is happening? When you change the keyword it will mark all users ineligible and then mark users eligible as users enter the keyword.
