Nightbot follow problem

I have the nightbot hooked up to my twitch but sadly it keeps saying it doesnt have permission to access my sub count. ive tried multiple commands, logging out of twitch and nightbot dashboard and just every fix ive found. cant seem to make it work...

Could you post the command that your using to view the subcount?

$(twitch subcount) people are currently subscribed. AND $(twitch $(channel) "{{displayName}} has {{subscriberCount}} subscribers.") nightbot claims that the owner (ME) has not logged in so it does not have access. ive tried a few others but these are the main ones ive tried with and seen.

Are you a Twitch partner or affiliate that is able to be subscribed to? Nightbot will also return this error if unable to access this information.

Looks to be working correctly.

Your other command will need to be updated to 

$(twitch $(channel) "{{subscriberCount}}")
