Nightbot doesn't sync role from twitch to discord

Hello, I followed the procedure to synchronize the roles of twitch on discord and nothing happens.
For example I have affiliated twitch VIP to my discord VIP role and there is no one in it.

Likewise for the other roles, I don't see any change.

I do not understand.

Due to Discord limitations, roles sync every 15 minutes and only as these VIP users talk in your Discord server.

I only gave Nightbot permissions to change roles.
He is above the VIP role.
The member in question has his account synced to twitch.
He is VIP on twitch, not sub. He wrote on the discord server.

It is not synchronized. Do you know why?
