Nightbot doesn’t have access to sub count

I get this message when I try to use the "!subcount" command, "Not authorized to access channel's subscriptions. Has the channel owner logged into the Nightbot control panel?". I have tried logging in and logout of my Nightbot session but I keep getting the same thing.

On Twitch and the command I use is also for Twitch

I believe if your using the $(twitch) variable right it should work then. Can I see what your command looks like?

Here it is, I tried with other variables I saw on Reddit and Youtube but it still shows the same thing.

$(twitch $(channel) "{{subscriberCount}}")
