Nightbot does not trigger "alias" commands

Hi,
Nightbot does not trigger “alias” commands.
it responds to mods but not anyone else. Is it automatic mod only and is there a way to change that?
Here is an example:
!addcom !test 0 wins today.
!addcom !testcount -a=!editcom !test $(count) wins today.

if a mod writes !testcount, it counts by one
if someone else writes !testcount, nightbot responds with “The bot commands for this channel are available at…”
but its not specified in the command is only for mods?

Nightbot does trigger the alias. But command editing only works for moderators, so non moderators will get the commandlist as response (same as when you type just !commands).
