I have been experiencing an issue that has been getting me stressed lately. I have added my Spotify Playlist which is 850-900 songs long and lets say the song that is currently playing finishes and even though the song was started over the playlist on the Nightbot Desktop app it does not change to the next song unless I press the skip/next button. Yes AutoDJ has been set-up correctly and I have tried numerous things. I do see the song that will be next up but as said it stops playing music until I skip it…
Spotify songs do not play without Spotify running. Make sure you do not have “repeat” or “cross fading” turned on for Spotify or it will cause issues. If you continue having issues, do not use Spotify for song requests. The Spotify support we offer is incredibly buggy and is using an unsupported Spotify client API, so it’s not perfect by any means.
