I'm trying to make a command that picks a random user in chat, but I want it to have proper capitalization for their names such as "Nightbot" instead of "nightbot". Any help is highly appreciated, thank you.

Because Twitch usernames are not always equal to their display names and the winner may need to be registered/messaged as an official winner, we always display Twitch username instead of the display name. We do not have plans to change this functionality in the near future.
