Nightbot adding to twitch channel

So i can't get my NightBot to work in my twitch channel, i am following the steps and everything. After i have /mod nightbot i am typing !game or !title but it doesen't work?
Anyone?

Hey @Patient Cat!

Look at the logs, if there's content then Nightbot is reading your chat.
If it does, have you made sure the default commands are turned on?
