Night bot has been totally factory reset

I had synced my Nightbot via my twitch as well as discord, and had added in numerous custom commands.
Upon checking it out today, 100% of my commands have been wiped, as has any additional integration. It's like my account's been totally factory reset.

How do I restore it?
