Nighbot don't apply my settings on twitch chat

hello

i’m a new casual streamer so i use nightbot for moderation
unfortunatly, he doesnt care about my settings

here an exemple for emotes, i setled to 5 emotes and 1 min timeout with personalized message (it’s for twitch)
but when somebody use 3 emote, first time he just delete, second time he ban for 10 min and ERASE all previous messages from this user, regardless my settings
the only setting he applies is the personalized message, but not the number of emotes and the duration of TO
he does the same thing for spam messages, he totally ignores my settings

can you help me please ??

This is a limitation of Twitch. When any user is timed out on Twitch, it removes all the user’s previous messages.
