Nightbot is in my channel and already modded, but even when I type !commands or !title or anything he does not respond. What do i do?

I have no idea what’s going on, I just know that the status in the discord says it’s down.
Twitch chat went down, but was down so long a part of Nightbot stopped retrying to reconnect. It didn’t self-recover when Twitch chat came back online, requiring manual intervention. It was resolved after a few hours when I was able to restart the disconnected service.
