Hey all so i use Snip to show the Current song that Spotify is playing. What im wanting to do is make a nightbot command that reads the snip text file from my dropbox(i have a public link for the file) and displays that as the response for the command. the text file only shows the song name and artist. I have tried to use $(urlfetch “url of text file”) but it says the response has to be less then 400 characters. so now im at a loss as to how to do this.
To get the raw file in Dropbox. Is there a particular reason you’re not using the Nightbot App with Spotify to accomplish something like this?
